WMMO is an adult contemporary radio station for adults who grew up on rock radio. A music intensive radio station for adults. WMMO plays Adult Contemporary music that is rock based from the seventies, eighties, nineties and today, by artists such as Fleetwood Mac, Elton John, the Eagles, James Taylor, John Mellencamp. Phil Collins and Sting. Formatted much like FM music stations that became popular in the early seventies, WMMO plays long music sets without a lot of talk, with easygoing announcers who don’t get in the way of the music. WMMO’s more-music approach makes it the popular choice for at-work listening. WMMO also features Orlando’s only "most music” morning.

WMMO is the only Orlando Adult Contemporary station delivering both men and women. The others skew primarily toward women. The highest composition of Adults 25-54.
Strong qualitative rankings in such categories as income, education, professional/managerial occupations,home owners and car buyers.
