No plans for the 4th of July? Well then come on out to Mount Dora for the town wide 4th of July celebration. The independence day parade kicks off the festivities at 10 AM in historic downtown. Stay and shop in lovely Mount Dora, then join us at 4 PM in Gilbert Park down by the lighthouse for live music and family friendly activities including face painting and a huge water slide. Enjoy the 38 member Florida National Guard perform patriotic favorites at 8 PM overlooking Lake Dora at Grantham Point before the fireworks display kicks off at 9 PM.
