Produced by the Oviedo-Winter Springs Regional Chamber of Commerce in partnership with the City of Winter Springs, the Festival of Arts include presentations of sculpture and clay, drawing, graphics, pastels, crafts, jewelry, mixed media, painting, photography, digital media, and performing arts. There is also more than $13,000 in cash and prizes awarded to participating artists.
