Twas ten days before Christmas and all through the town, The people of Harmony marveled at the snow falling down. A plump, happy Santa relaxed in his chair, Ready for the wishes of children who soon would be there. Some prepared for the Ice Frozen T-shirt Contest, In hopes that their efforts would be crowned the best. Adults and kids alike crafted expert snowballs, While carolers sang out their holiday calls. Some of the kids built a big gingerbread house, While others decorated cookies, quiet as a mouse. Neighbors sat together, listening to the Community School Choir, Or raced up the spider mountain, seeing who could climb higher. There was face painting, hot cocoa, and a candy cane hunt, And even an ice cream eating competition up front. Although it’s been said many times many ways, Come to the Winter Carnival to kick off your happy holidays! We’re decking the halls for the 5th Annual Winter Carnival at Harmony! Leave the heat and humidity of Florida behind as you enter to find that Harmony has been transformed into a Winter Wonderland! This promises to be our best carnival yet with everything from face painting to over 15 tons of snow, a double snow slide, and even a snowflake crafting station! Whether you’re battling your way through a snowball fight or visiting Santa for breakfast at 9am, you are sure to get into the holiday spirit after a fun filled day with family, friends, and neighbors.
