Save the Date for the 19th Annual Taste of Oviedo! Get to know Oviedo businesses, talented locals and other residents celebrating the city's traditions and uniqueness. The Oviedo-Winter Springs Regional Chamber of Commerce's 19th Annual Taste of Oviedo will feature local food, vendors, businesses, children's activities, car show, great entertainment and ends with fireworks! The event will be FREE of cost and the Chamber is expecting more than 45,000 attendees! Citrus and Celery Cook-Off 11:30-12:30 - celebrity judging 12:30-1:30pm - community sampling 2:30pm - announce winners The citrus and celery industry flourished during World War II in Oviedo. The city celebrates this tradition each year with a cook-off in which all dishes must include citrus and/or celery as an ingredient.
