It's that time of year. The start of a new year is the perfect time to create resolutions, to improve your health, to get fit and learn something new. OCLS is here to help! This five-week series features Dr. Eudene Harry medical director for Oasis Wellness and Rejuvenation Center and covers how to live longer, lose weight - for good, hormonal and facial rejuvenation and integrative holistic medicines. The series will be held on Tuesday evenings at 6:30 p.m. at the Orlando Public Library in the Albertson Room, beginning on Tuesday, January 22. How to Live Longer. Dr. Harry starts the series by discussing 8 simple steps you can take to live longer. In her book, How to Live Younger in 8 Simple Steps: a Practical Guide to Slowing down the Aging Process from the Inside Out shows how probiotics, exercise, stress and nutrition interact to control health, weight and personal radiance. A book sale and signing will follow the program.
