This program loans special telephone equipment to Florida residents who are Hard of Hearing, Deaf, Deaf/Blind, or Speech Impaired for as long as they need it at no charge. Approved certifier, Hayley Medina will assist in completing your FTRI Application at this event. Permanent Florida Residents age 3 or older and certified as Hard of Hearing, Deaf, Deaf/Blind or Speech Impaired are eligible.
