As he likes to explain it, "He was one of the lucky ones", having had several helping hands along the way to guide him and keep him on the right path. It is for this reason, whether he's encouraging a young person to read through his Booking It With Baby Literacy Campaign or promoting healthy eating through his partnership with the Food Project Boston, Glen Big Baby Davis strongly believes in and demonstrates of whom much is given, much is expected. Glen established this 501(c)3 foundation in 2011. Its programs are aimed at encouraging inner city youth to stay in school and away from defiant behavior and criminal activity by focusing on literacy, athletic and healthy recreational activities.
