 MORE INFORMATION:The luncheon is to welcome the MLS to Orlando. The attendees will get to meet the representatives from the team and hear presentations about bringing the MLS to Orlando and what it will do for our tourism/economy. In addition, they will touch on Youth Soccer in the USA and promoting awareness.  Six Major League Soccer (MLS) teams will converge on Central Florida in just a few short weeks to take part in three weeks of training camp and competition known as Central Florida Soccer Spring Training, culminating with the annual Walt Disney World Pro Soccer Classic at ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. The Walt Disney World Pro Soccer Classic set to take place February 9 through February 23, 2013. This action- packed event will feature eight professional teams competing in pre-season soccer tournaments at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex. In 2012, Fans traveled from across the U.S. and Canada to get up close and personal with their favorite teams at this premiere spring training soccer event. The participating teams are Sporting Kansas City, Toronto FC, Philadelphia Union, Columbus Crew, DC United, Montreal Impact, Orlando City, Tampa Bay Rowdies. In addition, these invited teams will train at host communities throughout Central Florida, with the goal of growing the sport of soccer and sports tourism throughout the region, and developing the area as a destination for training and competition for professional soccer clubs. Sponsorships are still available.
