Description: Ahoy, me Hearties! Come join Outdoor Adventure for our 10th Annual Adventure Race. This year you can expect traditional elements of our past adventure races such as biking, trekking, and the high ropes, but should also be prepared to face some new obstacles! Unlike years past, we are going to have an overarching theme throughout the race. So all ye lads and lassies batten down the hatches and get ready for our first ever Pirate Adventure Race. Participants can expect to run through a course filled with pirate-like obstacles and events. As such, racers are encouraged to join the fray and dress as pirates themselves Teams will consist of three members. The Race is free for students showing a valid UCF id, $10 for faculty/staff, and $20 for non-student/staff. Registration deadline: February 8, 2013 Race date: February 16, 2013 Participant time: 7:00 am (All members arrive at 7 and captains meeting will be at 7:15) Participants will need to fill out the following: Team name, Student/faculty status, phone number, email, liability waiver.
