Starting March 19 Apopka SDA church is teaming  up with the RDV Athletic Clubto present a Body Transformation Challenge.  RDV Certified Nutrition Classes will be offered on Tuesday’s and  RDV Certified Fitness classes will be offered on Thursday’s for a total of 8 weeks!  All classes start at 6:30 am and end at 7:30 pm.  All classes to be held at the Apopka SDA Church. Cost of the eight week class is $40, to be paid on the first day of the challenge (Checks and or cash accepted only).  Being a part of the challenge will give you access to RDV Certified Nutrition Classes, RDV Certified Fitness Classes, and a Fun and Safe environment.
