Ocean Prime is excited to debut Half off the Half Shell Oyster Wednesdays, offered on its terrace and in the Blu Lounge piano bar. Beginning Wednesday, August 15, guests can enjoy a half dozen fresh oysters from the raw bar for just $9, every Wednesday from 4 to 7 p.m. Ocean Prime is also heating up happy hour with its Prime Hour menu, featuring specially priced small plates on the bar and cocktail menus from 4 to 7 p.m. daily in the Blu Lounge piano bar. The menu features more than 50 exceptional wines poured by the glass and fresh-squeezed, handcrafted cocktails including the cucumber gimlet, prime margarita and pineapple Finlandia martini, served alongside executive chef Jeremy Mattson's "off the menu" classic ceviche and signature favorites such as the Dutch Harbor crab and spinach dip and Manhattan steamed clams.
