DANCE CARD: PROFESSIONAL & THEME PARK DANCERS Terms & Conditions:  Dance Cards offered to professional and theme-park dancers may be purchased in increments of 5 classes at $15 per class.  Professional-rate Dance Cards are valid for six (6) months from the date of the student's first attended class.  Online purchases are subject to a per package handling charge. All purchases are final; no refunds or transfers. A minimum of 6 students is required to conduct a class.  Master Classes, the Pre-Professional Program and Summer Programs maintain separate tuition schedules.
