Jay’s broadcasting career started in 1988 at Brevard Community College. Over a summer he helped build their new broadcast facility, WBCC-TV. A full-time gig as Master Control Operator turned into a Production Director position and as the station’s Voice Imager. The Voice Imager job drove Jay to his true love… radio. While completing his Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcasting at UCF, Jay put in time at WUCF on their highly popular Reggae show and then moved to a strong reception on WOKB’s legendary Reggae show “Caribbean Affair Connection”. He landed a gig at WMMO in 1994 and the rock and roll train began a-rollin’. During a brief break from radio from late 2008 to early 2011, Jay developed The Jay Francisco Experience. Now he is back at WMMO…and a new adventure begins……
