A website called The Family Vacation Guide posted the results of a study they performed measuring a lot of different theme park variables including which is the most expensive. While most people would automatically think its Disney World, according to 2022 ticket prices the most expensive ‘honor’ actually goes to Busch Gardens in Tampa Bay. Based solely on non-sale prices Busch Gardens tickets were selling for $117.95 and Disney World tickets were $109. Both Universal parks came in at 3rd and 4th with ticket prices at $105.
Now these ticket prices change all the time and of course there are Florida resident discounts and multi-day deals. But just on the face of it Busch Gardens is now the most expensive theme park in the world! But I’ve been multiple times and totally think its worth it for all the awesome coasters and animals.
