Todd was nominated by his daughter, Olivia, who said, “I’d like to nominate my dad! He has been an active police officer for 25 years. I have never seen someone work so hard in my life. When I was born, I was in and out of the hospital and my mom had to take care of me, so he would work 90+ hours a week to make sure we had everything we’d ever need! The job gets tougher each year for him, yet he continues to have a positive attitude and pray over the people he has to arrest. I learn my hard work, ambition and motivation from him. He deserves more than he will ever get! That’s why I want to nominate my dad, so he will know he’s appreciated!”.
