With the announcement this morning of the Eagles bringing their Hotel California Tour back around I thought I’d share this with all the Eagles fans. This is Don Henley doing The Boys Of Summer on the Howard Stern show back in 2015. As Don himself puts it, this is a more ‘contemplative’ version, and I would say more soulful for an already very soulful song.
You’re sure to hear the Eagles do this one on their upcoming tour stop, although I think they do Don’s original version.
