MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. — A North Carolina man was arrested Friday after he climbed to the top of a tower crane in Myrtle Beach, police said.
Myrtle Beach police said Isaiah Locklear, 19, climbed up the crane and then to the end of the boom where an American flag is displayed before he safely descended the equipment, WMBF reported.
Locklear was arrested and charged with trespassing and simple marijuana possession, WPDE reported.
