Zachary was nominated by his friend, Debbie, who said, “Zachary served in the military and is now for the last two years an Altamonte Springs Police Department officer. He has received two lifesaving awards since he began. He leads his squad in statistics. He is driven to serve and protect, and has not missed a day since day one.”.
