David Brannon was nominated by his colleague Teresa who said, “David has spent a long career helping people not only through being a police officer. He spends is time off work donating his time to support Volusia Honor Air that takes World War veterans to the WW memorial in DC, and supports the community through the Rotary Club. He is an outstanding citizen always helping others.”
