I know gators can run way faster than people when they want to. Now its not for long distances but they can run fast enough to catch you before you even know what’s happening, so don’t screw around too close to them. I was reminded of this when this video popped up on my Twitter feed. One of the comments even claims its the Cuban Crocodile at Gatorland. All I know is if I saw this I would have been over the fence like an Olympic high jumper! And while crocs are bigger jerks than gators, both have attitudes when they feel you’re invading their space.
