Most rock fans know the tragic story of Randy Rhoads, the founder of Quiet Riot, and guitarist that brought Ozzy Osbourne’s career back from the dead. His tragic early death in 1982 in a plane crash in Leesburg, Florida, ended one of the brightest musical careers that to this day has a mark on every guitar player to come after him. This new documentary takes you through Randy’s early life, introduction to music from a musical family, the founding of Quiet Riot, and eventual job playing for Ozzy Osbourne, who had just been fired from Black Sabbath.
Tracii Guns from L.A. Guns, and Guns N’ Roses narrates the movie that’s directed by Andre Relis. If you’re a fan of 80′s rock, Quiet Riot, Ozzy Osbourne, or the guitar, you’ll dig this movie. Here’s my interview with Tracii and Andre.
