Just announced is the return of the Smashing Pumpkins to Florida! The World Is A Vampire Tour will make its way through in August. They were last here with Jane’s Addiction in October, and they’re currently still on the road in Australia, but they’re making a return run!

This makes me extremely happy since I missed the show last time and the Smashing Pumpkins are one of my favorite bands. August 20th at the MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheater the Pumpkins return with Interpol and a great band Rival Sons. Tickets go on sale to the public Friday morning at 10 through Live Nation.

And if you don’t know who Interpol or Rival Sons are, treat yourself to some awesome bands and get ready for an epic show.
