I recently posted Malcolm Young’s guitar parts for AC/DC’s You Shook Me (All Night Long). Now I’ve found his parts from Back In Black, another classic from the band known for straight ahead rock simplicity, that is also genius and timeless. For any guitar players looking for an artist to hear that will increase your overall playing ability, Malcolm is the man. Being able to just hold your own on a rhythm part with a wicked lick is something very few guitarists ever learn. Everyone wants to do solos and leads, but if you can’t hold up a song with the rhythm track you’ll probably never be able to understand the nuances of a slick lead.
