Theresa Ann Barszczak, of Orlando Health, was nominated by her husband Mathew Barszczak who said, “My wife is from Chicago and worked Trauma 1 level ICU unit for 20 years; she lives in Florida now and brings her skills to help others every day. She’s joyful and full of life.”
