Will Tommy Lee Have Something Epic Happening During His Solo On The Stadium Tour?

I was scrolling through Instagram and saw that Tommy Lee just recently posted this video.

This is of course from a previous headlining tour the Crue did where Tommy had the circular roller coaster track for his drum solo. So did he just report it for clicks? To reminisce? Of is he teasing that something big is coming for the Stadium Tour?

I’ve said before I thought would be extremely difficult, if not impossible, for him to have a huge drum set up like this when Motley and Def Leppard are swapping headlining spots because you simply cannot build up or tear down something this big during a 30-45 minute set change. Its too dangerous. But the question in my mind remains, do they have something similar planned somehow?

In a 2021 interview Nikki SIxx was asked the same question and responded with the cryptic: “We have some very, very cool things that are in development. Let’s say. Different than anything we’ve done before.” You can hear that entire interview in the video below.

I’m Facebook friends with his current drum tech on this tour and other than this pic on his Insta from inside his bass drum, there’s been no word yet, and no other info leaked. But I’m hopeful they’ll pull something off.
