The film is a love letter to Ozzy and is deeply personal to his friends and family. It features documentary inserts, interviewing talent who played at the epic 10-hour show. The event took place in Ozzy’s Birmingham hometown, a city that has embraced him as one of their own, specifically at Villa Park - the home of Aston Villa, the football club which was beloved by Ozzy throughout his lifetime.
The profile of the concert was raised even further when 13 days later, musician Yungblud released the live cover of Black Sabbath’s ‘Changes’ which he performed at Back To The Beginning. The track was released in honor of Ozzy, to raise money for Cure Parkinson’s, Birmingham Children’s Hospital and Acorns Children’s Hospice. The record went to number one on the US iTunes chart.
