Joseph was nominated by his wife, Courtney, who said, “I nominate my husband Joseph, aka JJ, Nahoun. He is an Army veteran, retired deputy sheriff and now is a journeyman lineman for Duke Energy. He has spent his adult life always helping others and putting others needs ahead of his own. He is an incredibly hard working and selfless man. He amazes everyday”.
